Domestic Shipping Policy

• Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom products are made to order and may require additional lead-time for delivery.
• A specialty order item may require longer lead-time, depending on manufacturer's production schedule and location.
• We ship using UPS or Airborne Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.
• Some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
• Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

Delivery Time

• Orders generally ship within 1 - 2 business days of placement. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Minimum Purchase

• A minimum purchase of $25.00 is required on PerformanceStores.com due to high call volume.

International Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for delivery outside the U.S., including APOs and FPOs, are based on destinations. All prices are U.S. Dollars and do not include VAT, Customs, duties or taxes. The price you are given when placing an online order is for U.S.A. and will be adjusted to international rates and charged to your credit card as additional shipping.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days of the date it was shipped for a refund or exchange. Some returns may be subject to return fees enforced by the manufacturer such as, restocking fees, handling fees, or simply just a return fee. The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
